Principle
This website operates without a contact form that stores data on a server, without cookies, without analytics or advertising services and without embedded third-party content. Fonts and images are loaded from the site's own web server. Personal data is processed only to the extent necessary to operate the website and to handle your enquiries.
Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When pages are accessed, Netlify processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time of access, page requested, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system. This serves the secure and stable delivery of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Netlify is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Netlify. The data is stored only for as long as required for this purpose and by statutory obligations.
Emails to mail@lionscircle.de are processed via Google Workspace, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Google.
Contacting LIONS CIRCLE
The enquiry window does not store any input. It only prepares an email draft in your own email program. Your details are processed only once you send this email or call, namely to handle your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare or perform an engagement. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Disclosure of data
Your data is never sold and is passed on to third parties only with your consent, for example when introducing a contact within the network, or where there is a legal obligation.
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. An informal message to mail@lionscircle.de is sufficient.
Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority is the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner (Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte), Postfach 11 01 32, 01330 Dresden, Germany, www.datenschutz.sachsen.de.
